Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Consultant - Streaming Support, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment: You'll need to have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced contact center environment.
- Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills: You'll need to have a solid understanding of streaming services and be able to troubleshoot common issues.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and reputed company Office experience: You'll need to be proficient in reputed company Office, including Outlook, Word, and reputed company.
- Technical support experience: You'll need to have experience providing technical support to customers, either in a contact center or retail environment.
