Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and facilitating the treatment process. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
- Facilitate the treatment process by providing necessary solutions to plan members
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns

Essential Qualifications

- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
