About the position As the Sr. Manager, Compliance Strategic Initiatives, you’ll drive reputed company projects for PG&E’s Electric Compliance organization, promoting both compliance and effective performance across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Accelerate Compliance Adoption: Champion adoption of strategic compliance initiatives across lines of business through thoughtful change leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Align Regulatory Partners: Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Asset Strategy, and Operations to ensure cohesive interpretation and application of regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business administration or job-reputed company field or equivalent reputed company work experience.

  • Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner
  • Deep knowledge of utility regulatory frameworks (e.g., CPUC, FERC, NERC, WECC) and how they inform enterprise compliance strategy
  • Proven ability to design and reputed company implementation of compliance governance models that drive operational alignment and accountability
  • Strong understanding of utility operations and asset management, with the ability to translate regulatory expectations into field-executable strategy
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, high-impact initiatives through risk-based planning, change leadership, and strategic execution
  • Skilled in interpreting and operationalizing emerging regulatory trends to inform proactive, reputed company-looking compliance strategies
  • Executive communication skills and reputed company, with experience delivering high-impact presentations and updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders
