Healthcare Systems Analyst (CMS Interoperability, FHIR) Remote

reputed company is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Healthcare Systems Analyst in a remote reputed company. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. Please note we are unable to provide sponsorship or work c2c for this role. Responsibilities:

• Analyze business systems needs working with various levels of end-users to create the logical specifications for software/hardware systems that will provide a solution for the needs of moderation to reputed company business problems.
• Performs the research necessary to create technical designs and logical functionality which will ensure that business application systems can be effectively developed and implemented to meet actual business needs.
• This position does not involve hands-on programming but focuses on the analysis, definition and logical design of hardware/software systems.
• Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Systems Analysis matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.
• Under general direction, works on extremely reputed company issues/problems or assignments of large scope, impact, and importance.
• Analyzes, designs and prepares application/system specifications for information systems solutions which address business needs and methods for testing and installing them.
• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user defined needs.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve the most reputed company problems considering computer equipment reputed company and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
• Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
• Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
• May work with client management to identify and specify the reputed company business requirements and processes, and in the application design, testing and implementation process (e.g., diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.).
• Coordinates the activities with other IT sections (e.g., data reputed company, telecommunications, operations, technical support, etc.).
• Acts as expert technical resource to development staff in reputed company phases of the development and implementation process.
• Has full technical knowledge of reputed company phases of applications systems analysis. Responsible for quality assurance review.

• 5+ years of the following experience: data analysis, business and technical requirements gathering, product reputed company, backlog management, process documentation, user facing, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience implementing Compliance requirements in Healthcare
• Strong understanding of CMS Interoperability and FHIR Implementation Guides and Standards
• Experience with payer solutions in the healthcare industry
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Logical reasoning and attention to detail skills
• Has the ability to engage business and data stakeholders to resolve questions or issues
• Must have the ability to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities in a fast-paces environment
