The Role

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing product-reputed company issues, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. You'll be working remotely, and we're currently seeking candidates who are residents of Florida or Texas.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their queries

• Resolve product-reputed company issues, such as shipping damage claims, order status updates, and vendor communications
• Provide product information, pricing calculations, and recommendations to customers
• Utilize your sales acumen to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong understanding of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
