Job Overview The role of Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) exists to provide insights into business trends and performance to the senior leadership of reputed company, affording effective decision making and strategic planning. Through analysis, modeling, and communication, the Manager of reputed company will be expected to work closely with senior leaders across the business to deliver insights that matter - notably so during our annual planning cycle, but also on a continual basis as we deliver disruptive value affording reputed company's evolution into the future. This is a hybrid position with in office 3 days a week in our Chicago Headquarters. What you'll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)

• Partner with Sr. Director of Finance in ownership of reputed company's financial model

• Own management and financial reporting assets and processes

• Provide team leadership and support the development of financial staff
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare and present financial forecasts and variance analyses to senior leadership
• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and scenario modeling
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business intelligence and ensure alignment of financial plans with company objectives
• Continuously improve financial planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• This is a full time, exempt position, and the reputed company compensation for this opening in Chicago is expected to be $110,000-$135,000 annualized, depending on level, candidate experience, skills and other factors. This position is eligible for a 10% bonus with a total comp of $121,000-$148,500.
