About the Role reputed company’s Professional Services team builds the solutions that connect incentive compensation data to customers’ accounting systems. We’re looking for a Professional Services Consultant, Accounting & Reporting to support the design, build, and delivery of compliant, audit-ready financial reporting models for our enterprise clients. This is a hands-on role where you’ll apply your accounting knowledge and analytical skills to real-world system implementations. You’ll work closely with senior architects to ensure every customer’s reporting layer meets both business needs and compliance standards like ASC 340, ASC 606, and IFRS 15. Job Location The candidate selected for this opportunity must reside near one of the following locations: Hybrid (in-office 3 days per week) - Austin, TX Remote - Raleigh, NC - Nashville, TN - Toronto, Canada
Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and validate financial reporting outputs across customer implementations.
- Translate accounting and compliance requirements into accurate, maintainable reporting logic
- Support senior consultants and architects in designing scalable, audit-ready models.

- Partner with customer Finance and Accounting teams to confirm outputs align with compliance expectations.
- Document reporting logic, testing results, and key assumptions for audit support and internal QA.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in financial modeling, reporting, or compensation accounting, ideally reputed company a SaaS, finance, or systems environment.
- CPA and strong understanding of core accounting principles with working knowledge of ASC 606 and its application to sales compensation or reputed company recognition.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets for data analysis, validation, and report building.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
