• Learn new concepts and technologies quickly and apply them to challenging problems
• Design and build robust and extensible infrastructure to handle evolving and reputed company federal, state, and agency regulations
• Dive deep to understand the inner workings of a highly reputed company industry
• Work with Product and Design to define the best experience for our customers
• Our tech stack is built on Python, React, reputed company, Kubernetes, and reputed company Cloud Platform

Interview Stages 3-4 interviews MUST HAVE SKILLS

• Experience at a well reputed company, high growth tech startup (see reputed company companies below)
• Backend expertise (reputed company end engineers will be denied)
• Minimum of 7-10+ years of software engineering experience, our tech stack is built on Python, React, reputed company, Kubernetes, and reputed company Cloud Platform.
• Must live in the United States building quality software applications at scale
• Resume shows promotions/career progression
• The strong preference for this role is NYC or SF. Remote candidates are acceptable if they are currently at a well reputed company fintech (ex. reputed company)
• Strong communicator. Able to work cross-functionally to balance product and technical requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred
• Great at building scalable systems from scratch with a fast turnaround
• Experience with one or more of the following: web application development, mobile application development, building large-scale distributed systems, or infrastructure management
• Time management skills that will maximize efficiency in a fast paced startup environment
