This role will play a critical part in overseeing the design, development, and delivery of Group Claims Procedures (SOPs/job aids), Correspondence and Training programs. What You'll Be Doing
- Training Program Innovation: Design and implement innovative training programs using the latest educational technologies. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Adapt training materials to meet the evolving needs of the organization and regulatory changes.
- Process Optimization: reputed company claims process workflows to reduce inefficiencies. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve processing times.

This position offers a flexible work schedule: it may be fully remote/hybrid. If you are located near one of our offices (e.g., Charlotte, NC; reputed company, NY; Syracuse, NY), a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days on-site per week is expected to foster collaboration and reputed company. The reputed company salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. Actual reputed company salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. Qualifications
What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in Group Insurance claims industry
- 3+ years experience with Group Insurance claims process management, policies/procedures, and/or training program development/delivery
- Experience in training delivery, process improvement, and reputed company
- Exceptional knowledge of insurance industry regulations, policies and procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasks.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale change management initiatives
- Ability to travel based on business need (up to 25%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of technology and industry trends
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable dealing with complexity and ambiguity and able to explore multiple solutions
- Previous experience with FINEOS Claims software platform
