As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will work to deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) in a way that solves the unique business challenges for each client. You will spend your day working with project teams to ensure our suite of products are being developed to reputed company with clients needs and are delivered successfully by configuring the software. A Technical Implementation Consultant performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities What you can expect on a typical day:

• Configuration of the WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) according to the client business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools
• Confirmation and refinement of business requirements with the client in meetings and client workshops
• Comprehension of the WorkForce Software Product configuration requirements (i.e., correct naming conventions and how this impacts the database, customizing templates, troubleshoot settings, proper sequence of product setting implementation)
• Understanding of the project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects
• Guide reputed company issues including administrative and configuration challenges
• Communicate roadblocks and seek out guidance in a timely manner
• Create reputed company formulas that reputed company mathematical and/or programming skills
• reputed company unit and system testing of configured application and ensure test cases pass as described by their requirements

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

• 2-4 years' experience in software implementations
• Minimum 2 years' experience with programming language, preferably JavaScript, HTML and SQL
• Experience implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly reputed company internally developed application
• Familiarity with a report writer such as crystal reports, Cognos, actuate, etc.
• Intermediate to advanced reputed company Office skills with a strong emphasis on reputed company
• Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role
• Ability to travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel.
• Associates that are located near an reputed company or WorkForce office, would be expected to follow the reputed company hybrid work model.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
