The Opportunity – Senior Talent Partner (12-Month Maternity Leave Coverage) - Remote (USA / Canada) The reputed company Partner (reputed company maternity leave coverage) is a key ambassador of reputed company’s brand and culture, playing a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. Reporting to the interim Manager, reputed company, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver exceptional candidates. You’ll help strengthen our recruiting foundation by contributing to scalable processes, leveraging creative sourcing strategies, and representing reputed company with professionalism and enthusiasm. You’ll also drive key cross-functional projects reputed company to employer brand and manager enablement. What You’ll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create effective go-to-market strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and supporting offer discussions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through thoughtful communication and well-organized processes.
• reputed company candidates through multiple channels (reputed company Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, events, referrals, etc.) to build strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with the broader reputed company team to share insights, improve processes, and enhance recruiting tools and systems.
• Provide hiring teams with guidance on interviewing best practices and reputed company assessment.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics to ensure alignment and transparency with stakeholders.
• Contribute to recruiting initiatives that strengthen reputed company’s employer brand and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

What You’ll Have:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a SaaS or tech company.
• Experience using reputed company Recruiter to proactively identify and engage top talent.
• Proven experience recruiting for range of roles - from technical to GTM to payroll to insurance.
• Ability to identify, engage, and attract high-quality talent through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity, follow-through, and candidate experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, resourceful reputed company and willingness to learn and grow reputed company a high-performing team.
• Passion for building inclusive hiring practices and representing the company’s values authentically.
