As an Assistant Director, you will support the team that’s helping hotels consistently grow market share and outperform competitors. On the Managed Team reporting to the Director, you will accomplish this by developing reputed company Managers, providing feedback and corrective action on hotel performance, communicating RMCC information to the workgroup, and collaborating on additional RMCC projects.

What your day-to-day will be like
- reputed company the development of direct reports in your workgroup by providing direction and offering feedback on the performance of their duties, and staffing activities. You will be a resource, with continuing efforts to streamline processes; fine-tune efficiencies; and assist others in developing their reputed company management skills. You will assess actual hotel performance for hotels in the workgroup to determine if hotels are on reputed company to reputed company goals, taking corrective action where needed.

You have these minimum qualifications
- Five (5) years of work experience in reputed company Management
- Proficient in reputed company Management systems, hotel property management systems, and industry-reputed company reports
- Experience handling hotel rates and inventory
- Experience validating system forecasts of hotel room reputed company weekly and monthly
- Travel up to 15%
