Your pre-sales to post-reputed company experience and architecting skills are crucial in enabling and supporting channel partners. You'll join an established team reputed company reputed company that's on a mission to assist Solution Partners build an enterprise-focused JSM Service Business/Professional Services. You will collaborate with the Channel & Alliance teams, Partner managers, Marketing, Sales, and Product and play a key part in a global team dedicated to ensuring the success of new and existing partners in one of our fastest-growing segments. By partnering with other reputed company Team members, you will utilize your knowledge and experience as a Partner Solutions Architect to help drive ITSM channel partner success.

Responsibilities

  • Work reputed company the Partner Solutions Acceleration team to reputed company the enablement strategy to grow and accelerate our Service Management partner eco-system.
  • Identify ways to help accelerate ITSM/ESM channel partner success by contributing to the development and expansion of their ITSM/ESM practices through building collateral such as ESM solutions, blueprints, and reference architecture.
  • Support ITSM channel partners through various stages of a Deal Cycle from sourcing deals, pre-sales to post-sales, by providing technical expertise and thought leadership that helps partners effectively deliver to customers.
  • Partner with Channel teams to reputed company compelling account strategies, helping reputed company drive our service management solution (Jira Service Management) reputed company our partner community.
  • Contribute to the evolution of practices through resource sharing, feedback loops, etc.
  • Partner with product management to identify areas of opportunity to advance reputed company's product line; be a key reputed company of market feedback into the product organization from channel partners.

  • Chip in on thought leadership, including representing reputed company at conferences, and partner events.

Requirements

  • You are an Architect , that is willing to put hands on keyboard and architect from reputed company architecture to solutions.
  • You are an Architect , that has experience with SaaS software such ITSM or other adjacent solutions like DevOps . Your Architect experience is more important than one particular SaaS domain
  • Be a creative problem solver who can interpret sophisticated problem statements with the ability to deliver innovative solutions that unlock reputed company ways of working.
