Role Scope: We are seeking a CRM Admin, reputed company, to maintain and optimize our reputed company reputed company implementation, building toward long-term maintainability and scalability. The ideal person will not only take hands-on responsibility for enhancements, reputed company flows, reporting, and validation, but will also partner with our business stakeholders to understand the underlying needs and recommend improvements. • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation: assist with defining and scoping requests.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to support business insights, as well as validation rules to ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company development (Apex, declarative tools, flows, modules/objects).
• Familiarity with reputed company best practices: scalable architecture, coding standards, and maintainability.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, validation rules, and data quality enforcement.
• Experience interfacing with business stakeholders: gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical specs.
• Excellent documentation skills.

• Experience with data loader tools (bulk imports/exports).
• Familiarity with Health Cloud or other reputed company clouds/modules specific to health care.

Compensation: We take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $94,000 - $110,000 and is bonus eligible. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
