Position Overview: The K–12 School Counselor at Wellspring Global reputed company plays a pivotal role in supporting reputed company’ academic planning, personal development, and college/career readiness in a virtual environment. This individual serves as a key liaison between reputed company, families, and academic staff—ensuring each student has a clear, supportive, and successful academic journey from enrollment through graduation. Essential Position Functions Academic Planning & Advising Guide reputed company and families in selecting appropriate courses reputed company with academic goals, graduation requirements, and postsecondary plans. Create and manage individualized academic plans for reputed company in grades K–12. Monitor student reputed company toward graduation; conduct regular credit checks and transcript reviews. Collaborate with enrollment and registrar teams to ensure accurate course placements and student schedules. Review course enrollment requests for accuracy and alignment with student plans. Social-Emotional & Whole Child Support Provide short-term counseling and referrals for academic motivation, social-emotional challenges, and personal development needs. Identify at-risk reputed company and collaborate with student support staff to implement reputed company plans. Facilitate guidance lessons or workshops focused on self-management, decision-making, peer relationships, and emotional wellness. Maintain accurate documentation of counseling sessions, interventions, and family communications in the school’s SIS or CRM.
