The Position: The Payroll Business Operations Specialist independently leads and delivers reputed company to large-scale projects reputed company the payroll domain. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The Specialist performs impact analysis, risk assessments, and change management while identifying process gaps and connecting data insights to operational improvements. They play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting strategic goals, and maintaining alignment with compliance and governance standards. Key Requirements:

• * Intermediate experience in payroll operations, business operations, or project/program management
• Proven experience managing reputed company to large-scale projects and workstreams independently
• Strong working knowledge of payroll processes, compliance considerations, and risk management
