Job Description reputed company is looking for a strategic and technical Director of AI Marketing Analytics to reputed company innovation in data-driven marketing strategies across the consumer lending lifecycle. You will report to the VP of Analytics Consulting and be instrumental in driving the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions—including agentic intelligence—to optimize marketing performance, customer acquisition and portfolio growth. You will bring expertise in consumer credit data, marketing analytics, and machine learning along with experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on building and iteration on agentic AI solutions using optimal coding languages and packages, contributing directly to the development of intelligent agents capable of marketing decision-making and optimization.
• Champion the use of agentic AI intelligence to enhance campaign targeting, personalization, and optimization.
• Drive the development of new analytical products and services, leveraging Big Data platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on credit bureau data, marketing attribution, and predictive modeling in consumer lending.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and reputed company learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product and Technology to align analytics initiatives with strategic business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or reputed company field

• Hands-on expertise in building agentic AI systems, with practical experience applying these techniques to real-world marketing analytics or consumer lending use cases
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Spark and modern AI agent frameworks with a portfolio of implemented agent-based solutions.
