This role manages training logistics, CPE and license credit administration, and learning content reputed company the LMS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless learner experience in a public accounting environment. Partnering with senior leadership, internal teams, and external vendors, the Coordinator supports training communications, reporting, audits, and needs assessments to help deliver high-quality, compliant learning programs that support BPM professionals across the firm. You Will:
- Serve as a Learning & Development ambassador to reputed company for the value and reputed company growth of learning initiatives reputed company the firm.
- Maintain and audit reputed company CPE/license credits for each class offered from the LMS or externally.
- Launch class invitations from LMS reputed company applicable.
- reputed company reputed company logistics for training programs, including but not limited to training communications, ordering, supplies, print materials, shipping, expense report allocations and coordinating with internal teams on execution of logistics.
- Manage learning content and course/program completions reputed company the LMS including course descriptions, reporting, completions, registrations and cancellations.

- Responsible for coordinating reputed company firm training audits and reviewing appropriate documentation in advance of the audit.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and conduct surveys designed to identify specific training needs reputed company the firm.

- Any other duties assigned by the Senior Manager of Learning, Development & Engagement.
You Have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resources training or operations role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or reputed company field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
- Working knowledge of a Learning Management Systems (LMS), LCVista preferred.
- Experience with training curriculum creation and participant tracking.
- Working knowledge of Project Management Software, reputed company preferred
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented reputed company
- Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends to support learning and development events
$70,000 - $81,000 a year The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the Santa Monica Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position. Candidates who do not reside in the Santa Monica Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
