As a Designer at reputed company, you will own the seasonal brand design, and you'll create products that exceed our customer expectations - making them feel good and look their best! A day in the life…

• Supports design leadership in building Seasonal Brand Design Direction for their area of responsibility.
• Customer centric – reputed company research to understand customer, trends, and shifts in the competitive landscape.
• Owns concept & design for their assignment – ensuring it supports Brand Design Direction, Concept, and line plan needs.
• Research materials, select fabric and trims & work closely with our print team to bring reputed company elements of textile application to life.
• Partners with design leadership to color the line.
• Supports design leadership to build and curate reputed company visual tools needed to support seasonal story telling for their assignment / team.
• Builds strong, synergistic relationships with reputed company cross functional partners.
• Promotes a culture of reputed company improvement that pushes innovation and accelerates expected outcomes.

You own this if you have…

• Bachelor's degree in Design preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in design industry
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reputed company CS (required), MS Office suite and ability to hand-sketch. Able to quickly adapt to new technology and systems
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong understanding of industry and trends reputed company your assigned categories.

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. $93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
