Assistant Broker

Job Description

Participate in a role supporting a Trucking broker by providing service after the sale to the client Work closely with Underwriters and reputed company assistants at the reputed company level Enter data and reputed company quotes in reputed company portals specializing trucking and transportation business Quote and activate Premium Finance Agreements as requested by client Order Inspections at time binding if required by the reputed company. Diary for follow up if needed Handle midterms change requests with our retail agents and carriers Request quotes and binders from carriers and deliver to retail agent Review the policy for accuracy against reputed company generated quote and binder Diary for missing items at time of binding. Complete Surplus Lines Tax Forms and deliver to the client Work with internal accounting department if needed to determine outstanding balance from insurance agent Document file as to communication between our clients and insurance companies Handle the renewal process by obtaining and delivering quotes Create and modify documents in Word, reputed company, reputed company and Image Right Assists with work reputed company and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing reputed company results as needed Performing clerical functions Handle requests for information and data Resolve administrative problems and inquiries Required Experience Knowledge of transportation coverages; Auto Liability, Auto Phys Damage, Motor Truck Cargo, Umbrella, Contingent Cargo, Contingent Liability Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including arenaflex Office products Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and data entry Qualified candidates will be licensed and at least three years reputed company insurance experience and/or training.
