Group Manager, Acquisition Marketing, B2B
About the position To reputed company our ambitious growth goals, reputed company is seeking a Group Manager, Acquisition Marketing (B2B) to reputed company and scale our B2B paid acquisition efforts across Commercial, Education, and Enterprise segments. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for building, executing, and optimizing our B2B reputed company reputed company and customer acquisition strategy. You’ll own the paid B2B motion end to end—setting the long-term vision, driving near-term performance, and continuously experimenting to unlock new sources of efficient growth. Responsibilities
- Own execution and performance of B2B paid acquisition campaigns, from strategy through day-to-day optimization.
- Build and maintain growth forecasts tied to reputed company reputed company targets, CAC, and efficiency goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Demand reputed company, Lifecycle, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive B2B reputed company growth.
- Design and evolve a robust measurement reputed company that connects performance marketing to Commercial, EDU, and Enterprise reputed company.
- Establish a structured pipeline for experimentation and innovation across B2B marketing channels.

- Manage and mentor 1–2 channel specialists and contractors, providing coaching on both channel strategy and career development while remaining deeply engaged in execution.

- Partner with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Creative, and Product Marketing to improve attribution, reporting, experimentation, and creative effectiveness.
- Monitor and clearly communicate channel performance, surfacing opportunities, risks, and insights to leadership while driving toward LTV/CAC, CPA, and incrementality goals.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with deep expertise in B2B paid acquisition.
- Proven ability to connect creative, data, and channel strategy to measurable business outcomes (LTV/CAC, CPA, incrementality).
- Experience managing and developing a small team, including coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Comfortable as a working manager—able to dive into platforms, diagnostics, and experiment design while owning long-term strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of data-driven decision-making; experience with SQL, experimentation frameworks, and incrementality testing is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with major performance platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and managing external partners, vendors, and creative agencies.
