As a Remote Chat & Text Therapist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of services to our clients, coordinating day-to-day operations of the program, and recommending and implementing changes that would improve the delivery of services. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat & Text Therapist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering reputed company chats and texts in a timely and professional manner while meeting agency goals
• Effectively assessing clinical situations and needs of reputed company chatters
• Providing quality assurance of the program's service delivery
• Completing clinical documentation thoroughly, clearly, and accurately, including information critical to data collection and reporting to funders

• Complying with and assuring compliance by staff with the agency's standard of care for service delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the behavioral health field
