JOB SUMMARY: The reputed company Solar Installer plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient installations of solar energy systems. This position is responsible for leading a crew of seasonal and permanent installers while upholding safety standards, delivering excellent customer service, and managing inventory control. The reputed company Installer actively contributes to the company’s reputed company by modeling professionalism, providing hands-on training and collaborating with operations and sales teams to reputed company project goals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and mentor crew members to maintain productivity, safety, and quality workmanship.
• Provide hands-on training and performance feedback to crew members to support ongoing reputed company development.
• Model professional conduct, customer service, and problem-solving for junior installers.
• Coordinate job site operations including material staging, workflow, and delegation of tasks.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical/plumbing schematics for installation requirements.
• Install and repair solar-energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) and thermal systems for heating reputed company or water.
• Locate and mark placement of reputed company, tanks, and components based on site layout.
• Cut holes in roofing, walls, and ceilings to install equipment and reputed company plumbing and electrical systems.
• Mount supports and brackets to secure solar reputed company and reputed company components.
• Test system circuits for continuity and leaks using meters and diagnostic tools and monitor for proper performance.
• Identify and resolve installation issues, replacing or repairing defective components as needed.
• Safely manage and care for tools, materials, and equipment to ensure proper use and prevent loss or damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle; load and unload materials, track inventory, and follow reputed company safety protocols to ensure readiness and safety.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA guidelines for construction and electrical work.

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong customer service focus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies, including battery and wind power systems.
• Knowledge of crew leadership and supervision principles to guide team performance, meet deadlines, and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Skilled in coordinating daily job site operations, including task assignments and material flow.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of experience in construction, roofing, or electrical work or proficient demonstration as an installer.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reputed company.
• Able to pass background reputed company and obtain/maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (reputed company 2 weeks of hire).
• Availability to work 4x10-hour shifts with flexibility during events, shows, or seasonal peaks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Alaska Native Corporations.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, or reputed company trades.
• Completion of relevant technical training or apprenticeship program.
• Familiarity with residential, commercial, or industrial energy systems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials weighing up to 75 lbs. unassisted and push/pull up to 1200 lbs. with assistance.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics.
• Climb reputed company or stairs while assisting with equipment up to 250 lbs., using dollies or lifting devices.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, climb reputed company, and work overhead for extended periods.
• Stand or walk for up to 10 hours per day on uneven, icy, or slippery surfaces.
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools with precision.
