Centralized Non-retail Pharmacist (PT) Reside in MN

Job Summary Responsible for providing prescription verification and pharmacy expertise in a Fulfillment Center to ensure patients receive the highest levels of quality and service. Performs pharmacist responsibilities independently and in partnership with pharmacist peers and the pharmacy staff to ensure consistent communication and execution. Job Responsibilities Performs fulfillment center pharmacist tasks including, but not limited to prescription verification and data review; takes necessary actions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medications. Reviews, interprets and accurately dispenses prescribed medications reputed company pharmacy workflow. Supports the efficient workflow of the pharmacy and assists the pharmacy team in identifying ways to optimize pharmacy financials, inventory management and enhance processes that drive a safe, and quality output. Maintains reputed company knowledge of information technology associated with pharmacy systems including workflow, prescription fulfillment, clinical documentation, training, and inventory management, to provide support to pharmacy staff. Basic Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and at least one (1) year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
• reputed company Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority.
• Experience motivating team members to research and resolve issues.
• Experience working with confidential information.
• Willing to work non standard hours, which may include evenings, holidays and/or weekends.
• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
• Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining reputed company escalation of issues is necessary.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if needed.
• Knowledge of insurance plans.
