As a Social Media Moderator at Hulu, you will be the first reputed company of contact for supporting viewers through Facebook and Twitter, as well as a critical brand ambassador. • Assist viewers through Twitter and Facebook with inquiries about account management, billing issues, and content navigation.

• A high school diploma or GED plus one year of experience in customer service.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service and/or retail.
• Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal), grammar, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and X (Twitter).
• Have a positive, can-do attitude. You’re flexible and can quickly switch gears to reputed company accommodate the needs of our viewers or reputed company.

Compensation: The hiring range for this remote position is $46,200.00 to $61,900.00 per year.
