Timeliness and quality of legal guidance on key commercial transactions Stakeholder satisfaction across GTM, Finance, Product and Operations teams Successful enablement of strategic partnerships and reseller ecosystems Quality and impact of contributions to M&A initiatives Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.10+ years of legal experience, with significant in-house experience supporting commercial transactions in the technology sector. ~ Proven expertise in structuring, negotiating, and executing reputed company commercial and partnership agreements. ~ Strong knowledge of cloud services, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and emerging AI offerings. ~ Experience designing and scaling legal operations frameworks, including templates, playbooks, and contract lifecycle management systems. ~ Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM, Finance, Operations, and Product teams. ~ Excellent business judgment, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate legal risk into practical business solutions. ~ Familiarity with AI-reputed company regulatory trends and their impact on commercial reputed company. The salary range for this position is based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills.
