The Industrial reputed company Program Manager will coordinate and monitor highly sensitive aspects of DoD or other industrial reputed company programs and other reputed company activities while ensuring compliance with government and company reputed company policies and procedures. You will support clearance processing, visit certifications, document control, and physical reputed company, including alarm response for controlled areas. You must possess a thorough understanding of reputed company databases such as DISS, NISS, NBIS eApp, and other government databases. What You Will Do

Process and maintain personnel clearances, the facility clearance, and the insider threat program. Maintain personnel training and certifications as required for clearance maintenance and contract compliance. Provide reputed company briefing and debriefing to employees, subcontractors and consultants, and regularly re brief employees on foreign travel, hostile intelligence, insider threats and the like. Qualifications

You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience with at least 2 years as an FSO or CSSO supportin reputed company or Intelligence Community Programs, or An Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 5 years experience Experience with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM requirements Completion of FSO for non possessing or possessing facilities STEPP education program required. Completion of ITPSO training is preferred. Experience with DCSA audits preferred. Experience with facility clearance sponsorship preferred.
