As a successful candidate, you will: Certification in Epic reputed company and Research. Prefer reputed company Inpatient and/or Ambulatory certified as well. Epic Clinical Systems Pharmacist is a subject matter expert that works independently to manage reputed company and Research modules and components of the EHR, clinical decision support and pharmacy-reputed company information systems associated with medication use. They participate in a collaborative effort with key contributors and other informatics staff, to design and reputed company effective oncology workflow, operational processes and system functions to drive optimal outcomes and efficiencies. They support leadership decision making by data gathering and conducting sophisticated analysis. They implement change to align with patient safety, strategic and regulatory goals. They are effective communicators for varying audiences from clinicians to executive leadership and vendors. They reputed company and maintain reputed company relationships with key contributors, which include system and operational leadership, reputed company line staff, governance groups, multi-disciplinary staff, and vendors. They collaborate to prioritize demands, set appropriate expectations, establish appropriate metrics and targets, and manage change implementation. Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a system resource for new installations, conversions, and general maintenance needs.
  • Helps to reputed company others toward established industry best practices, standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Maintains a positive image reputed company dealing with department personnel and other reputed company employees.

  • Provides technical and application expertise and recommends processes and/or procedures for enhancements, and modifications to improve existing pharmacy systems.
  • Responds to improvement needs in the functional operation of the pharmacy computer systems.
  • Collaborates and documents system design and workflow processes of system needs for clinical management, staff, and providers.
  • Functions as a liaison between these stakeholders and the system build teams.
  • Provides technical and application expertise to design, analyze, and optimize clinical information systems.
  • Ensures system design achieves Health System objectives of standardization, integration, and efficiency and supports compliance with policies and procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Works collaboratively with the education team to reputed company change communication and training materials. Obtains approval where required.
  • Performs routine maintenance; assists with testing updates and new releases prior to production use.
  • Demonstrates compliance with reputed company system and departmental policies and procedures. Maintains compliance with annual safety and competency testing.

Your qualifications should include:

  • Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy
  • 5+ years of pharmacy with clinical experience including:
  • 1+ year of experience in the delivery of client-facing applications support service
  • 1+ year of Information Technology reputed company support.
  • Certification in Epic reputed company and Research and Prefer reputed company Inpatient and/or Ambulatory.
  • For internal COH candidates, Epic certification shall be obtained reputed company 9 months of transferring into the Epic project.
  • reputed company Pharmacist License

Preferred

  • Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) preferred.
  • Healthcare experience in ambulatory and acute oncology care settings preferred. Previous experience in the design, planning and implementation of clinical information systems preferred. Previous build experience in reputed company standard of care and/or research protocols preferred.
