This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall performance and profitability of a portfolio of properties reputed company a designated region. • Ensures that the portfolio and individual communities meet the established operational, financial, and business performance goals by inspecting properties, reviewing financial, market, and operational reports, and developing and implementing appropriate action plans to reputed company results.

#LI-AW1 The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 in Virginia. The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 in Maryland. BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business, Real Estate. or reputed company fields.
• Proven experience in a leadership role with managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi and/or Real Page), word processing, spreadsheet, and database management applications to complete and produce required reports and other employment documents.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Abilities to create and manage stakeholder relationships.
• 3 years minimum of relevant experience

SPECIALIZED SKILLS:

• Real Estate license required in specific markets, otherwise preferred.
• Industry certifications (e.g. CPM, CAPS, CAM, etc.) also preferred.
