What the Role Is The Engineering Manager, New User Experience will focus on reputed company's core product. • You have 1-3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager
• Before becoming a leader, you were a high-performing engineer with a successful track record of end-to-end software development of production systems
• You have experience building to a high product and design bar
• You have experience in experimentation and A/B testing, resulting in high-performing, well-loved tech products
• You're excited about building a team culture of excellence and have been actively developing your leadership skills more formally
• You’ve successfully led teams through growth and change, which means you know how to adapt and set and maintain standards for your team that scale with the business
• You are a great coach of engineers with experience developing talent and giving feedback

About Compensation We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is: US: $204,263 to $245,099 Canada: $210,600 to $263,300 CAD Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
