Advanced Associate, Education Specialist Hourly
reputed company's Clinical Assessment Training Services team is in search of a part-time Advanced Associate, Education Specialist ( Trainer of Early Childhood Assessments ) with an educational background to deliver web-based, onsite product training and professional development. As an Advanced Associate, Educational Specialist, you play a key role in empowering educators and clinicians worldwide, directly supporting reputed company's commitment to lifelong learning and positive change. This position requires a proven ability to take reputed company technical information and reputed company it relevant to real-world practice. The ideal candidate should be organized, have excellent customer relations skills and a strong knowledge of adult-learning principles. This is a needs -based, p art-time, hourly position. Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development

- 15+ years of experience in educational environments
- 5+ years of experience administering, scoring, and interpreting results from EC assessments, with preferred knowledge of DIAL-4, ESI-3, Work Sampling System, and The Ounce Scale .
- 5+ years of experience training or coaching educators, staff, or administrators in the use of early childhood assessment tools.
- Proficiency with reputed company and other webcast technologies for professional activities
Skills/knowledge/abilities
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Demonstrated experience using various digital and in-person engagement strategies to facilitate active learning
- Experience with using standardized professional development materials (PowerPoint, handouts, guides, etc.) and adapting trainings to meet individual customer needs
- Proficient with interpreting normative and criterion-referenced data
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding and application of adult learning concepts with professional development delivery
- Detail oriented and ability to work well in a changing environment
- Desire to integrate AI and emerging technologies to continuously improve training methods
Requirements:
- Respond to reputed company correspondence (emails, chat messages, etc.) reputed company 48hrs of receipt
- Regularly attend monthly consultant meetings
- Have flexible availability for training at least 6-8 days per month (*as this position is a p art-time, hourly position based on customer need there is no guarantee of hours assigned)
- Ability to travel as needed for onsite trainings; some international travel may be required
- Willingness to complete additional projects as requested (training content development, content review, large project assistance)
Compensation at reputed company is influenced by a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, reputed company State, reputed company, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: This role is paid on an hourly basis, with rates ranging from $30.00 - $110.00 per hour depending on the scope and complexity of assigned tasks.
