As an IT Operations Support Specialist at Rise8, you will:

• Support day-to-day internal IT operations for Rise8 employees.
• Assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding, including:
• Creating and disabling user accounts
• Assigning groups, licenses, and basic access
• Respond to and manage Tier 1 IT support requests through our ticketing system:
• Password resets
• Access issues
• Basic software and device troubleshooting
• Follow documented run-books and procedures to complete IT tasks accurately.
• Escalate issues that fall reputed company of your scope with clear notes and context.
• Help maintain clear and up-to-date IT documentation, checklists, and internal guides.

• Assist with routine IT operational tasks like:

• Asset inventory updates
• Periodic access reviews (execution only)

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or a reputed company role

OR relevant education, training, or certifications

• Basic understanding of:
• User accounts and permissions
• Common workplace tools (email, chat, file sharing)
• Strong customer-service reputed company and attention to detail
• Comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users
• Exposure to CMMC Level 2 / NIST 800-171–reputed company environments or other regulated frameworks
• Understanding the importance of least privilege, access reviews, and documentation in government-reputed company work
• Ability to execute IT tasks in compliance-driven environments by following established procedures

Preferred Qualifications

Salary The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $65,000 - $80,000 regardless of final candidate location reputed company the United States. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
