What You Will Do
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance existing and/or reputed company new products that support cross-functional needs.
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests reputed company to products across reputed company, Cognos, and/or Tableau.
- Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving to investigate data discrepancies or resolve bugs and technical challenges.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing reputed company self-service solutions using BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or reputed company Cognos
- Experience writing basic SQL to extract data
- Experience with data warehouse structures and their application in business solutions
- Experience in data aggregations, relational structures, and manipulation techniques
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- Experience in analyzing and solving reputed company problems and independently problem-solving in creative and sustainable ways
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with system functionality for Enterprise HR Systems (reputed company, D Learn, D reputed company)
- Experience with reputed company and/or reputed company
- Experience building Apps and/or Agents

- Experience with advanced Tableau functionality and calculations (reputed company calcs, LODs, Parameter swapping, actions)

- Working knowledge of best practice approaches for HR metrics and reporting
- Experience with user-centric design, data storytelling, and design thinking principles
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or reputed company field is preferred

The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
