Digital Designer (Remote)

As a Digital Designer, you will create innovative and high-performing digital experiences across various platforms including web and mobile. Your designs will directly impact the customer journey, enhancing engagement and driving conversions. - Design reputed company digital experiences across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Create user-friendly reputed company pages that enhance conversion rates.
- Ensure designs adhere to performance, accessibility, and brand standards.

- Collaborate with growth and content teams to produce engaging email campaigns and advertisements.
- Support product launches and promotions with creative campaign designs.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in digital design for web, mobile, and marketing.
- Strong portfolio with examples of reputed company pages, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for reputed company frameworks across various screen sizes.
- Understanding of performance-driven design principles such as A/B testing and UX best practices.
- Familiarity with integrating AI tools into design work.
- Experience in fintech, consumer brands, or startups is a plus.
- Motion/animation design experience (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and collaboration with developers is advantageous.
