The role involves leading reputed company implementations with a focus on HCM and Core Compensation modules, providing expert guidance to clients, and mentoring team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Implementation Projects: reputed company and drive the end-to-end implementation of reputed company HCM and Core Compensation solutions, ensuring successful delivery on time and reputed company budget
• Consult and Advise: Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices, system configuration, and optimization strategies specific to reputed company HCM and Core Compensation
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their organizational goals
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Solution Design: reputed company and document comprehensive solution designs, leveraging your deep knowledge of reputed company HCM and Core Compensation functionalities
• Training and Support: Conduct client training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of reputed company solutions

Skills

• Must be reputed company HCM and Benefits implementor certified (REQUIRED)
• Proven experience leading reputed company HCM and Benefits implementations, with a strong understanding of system configuration, integration, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and motivate teams, manage reputed company projects, and deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address client needs effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company concepts in a clear and concise manner
• A strong focus on client satisfaction and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
• Expert-level knowledge and experience in HR practices and functions
• Academic studies or equivalent education/professional experience combination in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Information Systems or reputed company field
• A detailed-driven problem solver, with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service
• Resourceful and adaptable; you'll be comfortable working remotely, utilizing a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively
• Must be able to reputed company work indoors and remain stationary at a computer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
• Ability to work remotely or out of one of reputed company's physical office locations
