Wynn Rewards Representative

The Wynn Rewards desk is responsible for the issuance of Wynn Rewards cards and the maintenance of the loyalty program. Wynn Rewards representatives are able to assist our guests who wish to redeem their player benefits for Wynn restaurant compensations. * Responsible for educating and enrolling new members to the Wynn Rewards program * Responsible for administering complimentary benefits and for providing five star, five diamond service to Wynn Las Vegas guests * Margining of assigned zones on the casino floor and the staff in that zone * May also be responsible of circulating the casino, enrolling new members into the program * Responsible for resolving guest issues and expediting service * Additional responsibilities as management deems may be required based on business demands* Responsible for merging Wynn Rewards Accounts.* Responsible for maintaining data reputed company in Patron and Opera Systems.* Responsible for updating player information in Patron and Opera systems. * A minimum of 6 months past customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required * Must be self-motivated and possess leadership abilities * Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at reputed company times. * Must be 21 years of age or older to apply Wynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
