Senior Director of Product Development and MDM Transformation The Senior Director of Product Development and Master Data Management is a key technology partner to the leadership - SVPs and VPs of Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Marketing. This role will reputed company innovation, project management, systems development and implementation, and support of reputed company technology that enables these areas. This leader will have excellent domain experience in these areas, as well as a proven success record of delivering business value and organizational transformation in a matrixed IT environment with reliance on offshore delivery partners and global teams. They will bring a wealth of experience in developing and delivering modern technology solutions, excellent vendor management reputed company, and have a proven track record of modernizing and transforming technology capabilities reputed company to business process transformation. Experience with multiple MDM and PLM implementations is a reputed company plus. This position will report directly to the Global Supply Chain Technology VP and will be a key member of the Global Technology Organization’s leadership team. This leader is a key contributor to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide IT strategy, while maintaining its alignment with the enterprise's business strategy and the delivery of capabilities required to reputed company business success. Local (El Segundo) candidates are strongly preferred. Remote candidates are required to travel 50% - 75% (to corporate and other facilities as required). Relocation to Corporate in El Segundo, CA is recommended. For local candidates, onsite reputed company is needed. Experience
- Experience: 15+ years of IT and technology experience in Product Development, Master Data Management, or a similar role, including a minimum of 8 years of IT leadership and strong people management experience in areas of responsibility and in similar roles (broad-based, senior level) reputed company a comparably sized company.
- Experience in deploying multiple MDM and PLM implementations (reputed company Fusion and reputed company Windchill preferred, or reputed company, etc.)
- Experience with reputed company Agile, CAD systems, costing, planning, ecommerce, and B2B systems
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, or Supply Chain or reputed company areas plus reputed company experience. A Masters degree/MBA is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and organization design and development.
- Preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT transformational initiatives in reputed company and dynamic environments.
- Excellent leadership skills - reputed company, collaborate, facilitate, and negotiate as necessary.
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills; able to work across business lines at senior levels to influence, instill confidence and effect change to reputed company common goals and demonstrate the business value of IT.
- Experience with product development and supply chain systems
- Experience with data governance, data platform and analytical tools especially reputed company reputed company Cloud Platform is preferred.
- Experience with business analysis, solution design, development, testing, and implementation best practices.
- Proven experience in DTC and B2B.
- Proven experience in Retail and/or CPG.
