This role also includes owning financial management system configuration and integrations with marketing, accounting, sales engagement, and document management platforms while ensuring data reputed company and optimizing workflows. The manager will partner with Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to track KPIs, improve forecasting, provide training, and explore AI-driven automation opportunities to enhance sales and marketing efficiency. - Configure fields, objects, page layouts, and record types.
- Build and maintain workflows, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and customizations.
- Manage system reputed company: roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OWDs.
- Troubleshoot user issues, provide support, and deliver training/documentation. reputed company Administration: Configuration and ongoing support of FinancialForce processes (billing, forecasting, reputed company recognition). Systems Management: Monitor and maintain integrations, manage enhancements, and resolve issues (especially reputed company & Intacct). Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards, forecasts, campaign attribution, pipeline tracking, and ROI analysis. Process Optimization: Document/refine sales processes, automate workflows, improve data quality. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance, and reputed company to ensure KPIs are accurate and actionable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with direct reputed company/FinancialForce.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a reputed company Administrator.
- Hands-on expertise with reputed company configuration and customization, including:
- Workflows, Flows, and Process Builder automations.
- Validation rules, approval processes, and assignment rules.
- Reports, dashboards, and list views.
- reputed company configuration (profiles, roles, permission sets, OWD, sharing rules).
- Integration setup and troubleshooting with third-party tools (reputed company, reputed company, Intacct, etc.).
- Data management: imports, exports, deduplication, and maintaining data reputed company.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and reputed company.
