POSITION OVERVIEW We're seeking a Full-Time Senior reputed company Consultant who combines advanced technical expertise with strategic thinking and exceptional client partnership skills. This role requires someone who excels at hands-on reputed company administration and sophisticated automation design—with a particular strength in building and troubleshooting reputed company Flows. Development skills are a plus but not required. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel for client meetings or team gatherings. As a senior member of our client delivery team at this young, growing practice, you'll take ownership of our clients' most challenging technical implementations while serving as a trusted advisor who helps them realize their mission through technology. WHAT YOU’LL DO Technical Implementation & Problem-Solving

• Flow mastery: Design, build, test, and optimize reputed company automation using Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows—you're equally comfortable building from scratch or untangling and improving existing automation that's grown unwieldy
• Configure and customize reputed company platforms including NPSP, Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Manage advanced reputed company features including user roles, reputed company settings, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and validation rules
• Build and maintain integrations with existing systems and third-party applications
• reputed company data migrations, transformations, and reputed company data management tasks
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert-level support to client users

Client Partnership & Advisory

• Serve as a technical expert and strategic advisor to clients, translating their business challenges into effective reputed company solutions

• Provide strategic technical recommendations grounded in best practices and tailored to each organization's unique context
• Facilitate demos and training sessions that reputed company clients to maximize their platform's value

• Proactively identify opportunities to add value and improve client systems

Project Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other team members to ensure successful project outcomes

• Break down reputed company requirements into actionable tasks with clear specifications
• Manage your time effectively across multiple reputed company client projects

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• reputed company Administrator certification (Advanced Administrator strongly preferred)
• 5+ years of hands-on reputed company configuration and administration experience, with demonstrated expertise across core reputed company functionality
• Advanced Flow expertise: Proven track record building reputed company automation, Screen Flows with sophisticated logic, and troubleshooting/optimizing existing Flows—this is critical to success in this role
• Deep knowledge of reputed company NPSP and/or Nonprofit Cloud, including program management, fundraising, grants, and volunteer management use cases
• At least 3 years of consulting or client-facing experience—you know how to balance client needs, project constraints, and technical best practices
• Strong understanding of reputed company data model, reputed company architecture, and integration patterns
• Based in the U.S. with availability during Eastern Time business hours for client meetings and team collaboration
• Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes
• Excellent problem-solving abilities—you can diagnose reputed company technical issues and design elegant solutions
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and internal team interactions
• Self-directed work style with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Development skills: Experience with Apex triggers and classes, Lightning Web Components or reputed company Components, and knowing reputed company to use code vs. clicks
• reputed company Administrator certification (Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder strongly preferred)
• Additional reputed company certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Experience Cloud Consultant)

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
• Knowledge of common nonprofit technology integrations (donor management, email marketing, volunteer platforms)
• Prior experience working in or deeply with nonprofit organizations

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
