About the Role
This unique position combines the best of both worlds: reputed company (proactive) and Customer Support (reactive). You'll be responsible for onboarding new clients, addressing customer issues, and ensuring seamless communication with our Operations and Product departments. As a highly accountable and independent individual, you'll reputed company in this fully-remote role, working independently and collaboratively with reputed company to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Monitoring real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and proactively addressing signs of poor health
- Promptly answering inbound support emails and responding to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicating with the arenaflex Operations and Product departments, and BPO leads to resolve issues reputed company to the ordering platform or agent staffing, escalating to arenaflex Account Management and Leadership as needed
- Supporting the onboarding of new customers by creating accounts in arenaflex's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions
- Maintaining arenaflex's knowledge reputed company for customers and assisting in the creation of new SOPs
- Tracking and documenting reputed company happenings in reputed company, following up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week
- Contacting Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery

What Sets You Up for Success
To reputed company in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role, with true call center experience being a plus
- Flexible/open availability, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Metrics-savvy & Proactive: experience monitoring metrics real-time and making decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency
- Accountable & Independent: self-directed and taking pride in your work, with a clear investment in your own professional growth and the growth of the company
- Tech savvy: computer-savvy, with CRM/ticketing system experience preferred but not required
