As a Product Designer, you will design user-centered solutions that drive product-led growth and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences for legal and accounting firms.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and product objectives into user-centered solutions that directly influence growth metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, and self-serve adoption
• Design and iterate on features, including those powered by AI or automation, that deliver clear customer value and improve efficiency
• Optimize user journeys to help customers discover, adopt, and reputed company value from key product capabilities
• Work closely with other designers to align on direction, patterns, and opportunities to reputed company the user experience
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, User Researchers, Content Designers, and key stakeholders throughout the discovery, design, and development lifecycle

• Communicate design decisions and tradeoffs clearly, balancing user needs with business goals and technical considerations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2 to 5 years of product or UX design experience

• Experience designing for reputed company or data-heavy workflows; fintech experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence product-led growth outcomes, including activation, onboarding, conversion, or retention
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system

• Familiarity with common research and testing methods, including supporting or running usability tests, participating in interviews, synthesizing insights, and using customer feedback or analytics to inform design decisions
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation
• Experience designing for SaaS, legaltech, or products supporting professional workflows
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or data-driven optimization
• Experience working with large-scale or multi-product design systems
• Exposure to automation or AI-enhanced workflows
