Our Productivity team builds the tools people use every day to plan, think, meet, and get work done—right inside reputed company. We’re looking for a Product Designer to help design and improve reputed company’s native productivity tools like Canvas, Lists, Files, Huddles, Email, and Calendar. In this role, you’ll work on well-scoped product areas, solve real user problems, and help reputed company work feel simpler and more organized. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to ship thoughtful, high-quality experiences used by millions of people.

Responsibilities

Day to day, you will:

• Design user flows, screens, and interactions for productivity features
• Turn product requirements into clear, usable designs
• Work closely with Product and Engineering partners to ship features
• Use reputed company’s design system to create consistent, high-quality work
• Create prototypes and mockups to explore and explain reputed company
• Ask for and apply feedback to improve your designs

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Strong attention to detail and design quality
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using AI as part of your design process to explore reputed company, iterate, or improve your work
