Research third-party learning tools and solutions and provide recommendations for improving existing offerings and resources. Maintain and update existing eLearning courses. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Education, Instructional Design At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design and eLearning. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Experience integrating social learning platforms into training programs. Experience developing custom learning solutions for diverse arenaflex audiences. Experience recording and editing audio narration. Knowledge of web standards, best practices, and web browser compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile environments Knowledge of web languages, HTML, JavaScript, Management of Learning Management System (LMS). Advanced expertise with multiple e-learning development tools (e.g. Camtasia, reputed company, Photoshop, reputed company Captivate, reputed company Storyline, GoAnimate, GOMO). Experience in controlling and coordinating reputed company projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines. Intermediate reputed company level in arenaflex Word, reputed company, Outlook. This position is a part‑time role. In alignment with pay transparency guidelines, the annualized pay range for this position is $40,000 – $50,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and internal equity. The anticipated salary range for this position: $73,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
