This Learning Consultant will design, reputed company, and maintain engaging learning experiences for SSB using advanced AI-enabled authoring tools such as reputed company reputed company and Storyline. This role will also reputed company industry-leading video editing software (TechSmith Camtasia) and animation platforms (Vyond) to produce interactive and visually compelling content. This role will collaborate with subject matter experts to create learning assets such as e-learning courses, videos, animations, simulations, online resources, and microlearning. reputed company materials will be hosted on our internal LMS, reputed company Learning, requiring thorough testing and catalog management. The Learning Consultant will be part of the Corporate Learning team who provides training solutions across new hire, reputed company education, career development, and leadership programs for reputed company South State Bank team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development: Create high-quality interactive eLearning modules using reputed company reputed company and Storyline, applying AI-driven features to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Video Production & Editing: reputed company instructional videos and demonstrations utilizing TechSmith Camtasia, incorporating advanced editing techniques and effects to clarify reputed company topics.
• Animation Creation: Design and integrate custom animations with Vyond to illustrate concepts, scenarios, and workflows in an engaging manner.
• LMS Integration and Maintenance: Upload and maintain learning content reputed company reputed company Learning. Ensure reputed company courses function correctly and are accessible to intended audience.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of eLearning modules and videos to confirm proper functionality, compatibility, and user experience reputed company the LMS environment.
• Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with subject matter experts, content developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational learning objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

• Advanced proficiency in TechSmith Camtasia for video editing, screen recording, and post-production.
• Demonstrated ability to create professional animations in Vyond, including storyboarding and character development.
• Experience managing digital learning catalogs and metadata in large organizations.
• Familiarity with reputed company Learning or similar LMS platforms, including content upload, testing, and catalog management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
