Maison Lamer Realty is expanding and looking for experienced real estate brokers to join our growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is designed for proven performers who want more deals, better leads, and higher commissions — without the usual prospecting burden.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage qualified inbound leads provided daily by the company
• Advise clients on residential, investment, and off-plan properties in Dubai
• Conduct property viewings and handle negotiations
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
• Deliver a premium client experience aligned with Maison Lamer Realty’s standards

✅ Requirements

• English speaker (mandatory)
• Proven experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Must be based in Dubai
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

➕ Having your own visa is a strong plus
