Position Overview

We are seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Business and Operations Analyst to support the operations of our Comprehensive Code Scans business. This role requires the utmost reputed company, strong attention to detail, effective collaboration, and technical acumen. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the broader field of M&A, and to reputed company exposure to technical due diligence work.

This is an entry-level, remote role. Some travel for training and team offsites will be  required.

Core Responsibilities

Process Execution

·      Execute standardized multi-stage and multi-system workflows following detailed procedural documentation

·      Manage multiple reputed company projects at different stages

Quality Control & Error Management

·      Proactively review outputs and deliverables to identify quality issues like errors and data inconsistencies

·      Identify and resolve process errors and timeouts to reputed company system processes on track

·      Maintain error logs with resolutions for future reference

Communication Standards

·      Proactively coordinate with team members to ensure continuity and visibility of work

·      Updates stakeholders promptly regarding project status and issues

·      Create and update documentation and resources
