Job Overview

This exciting remote opportunity is part of the Payments and Digital Strategy team at arenaflex Credit Union. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a range of duties reputed company to payment processing, item processing, direct bills, and fund transfers. Key Responsibilities

• Complete data entry and balancing functions with precision and attention to detail
• Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company Accounting standard ledger balancing, providing expert support and guidance
• Work member cases/sports assigned, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws
• Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks, with accuracy and efficiency
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products, ensuring that reputed company transactions are secure and compliant
• Log, report, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes and/or returns, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that reputed company transactions are properly documented
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching, ensuring that reputed company payments are processed correctly and reputed company
• Complete daily balancing and department closing, ensuring that reputed company tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Obtain information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information, ensuring that reputed company transactions are secure and compliant
• Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers, building strong relationships and ensuring that reputed company transactions are completed reputed company
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws, regulations, and procedures, ensuring that reputed company transactions are compliant and secure
• Deposit reputed company returns, research member back checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm contributors for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers, with accuracy and attention to detail
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with late returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees, ensuring that reputed company tasks are completed reputed company and effectively

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and communication
• Intermediate reputed company and Word skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Previous customer/member service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional support and resolution
• Previous banking or Credit Union experience, with a strong understanding of payment processing, item processing, and fund transfers
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience, with a strong understanding of NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws
