Job Summary
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and help them find the right insurance solutions to protect their assets and loved ones. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services to meet those needs. Responsibilities
* Complete Binding Authority (about 40 hours)
- Utilize your knowledge of insurance products and services to identify customer needs and market appropriate solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, following up with them as needed to ensure their needs are met
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and help them reputed company informed decisions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, using computer and telephone systems to complete tasks reputed company
- Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
* Texas General Lines P&C license (or willingness to obtain one)
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance customer service (or reputed company field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
