Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries and complaints regarding Toll and reputed company accounts using standard scripts and procedures. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer issues, gather information, and communicate options for resolution in a timely manner. Responsibilities
* Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints regarding Toll and reputed company accounts using standard scripts and procedures.
- Define or resolve inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.
- Gather information, research/resolve inquiries, and log customer calls.
- Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
