Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide information and assistance to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking services reputed company to the Maryland Health reputed company

• Assist with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange
• Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to reputed company reputed company tasks and duties for HIX customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM software
• Ability to pass a State Policy Exam with 80% or higher

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans
